Payment cancelation and Refund Policy

In case of dissatisfaction from our services or wrong transaction, users have the liberty to cancel their transaction and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Regarding Online Booking and Payment for Hostel

In case the hostel registration is cancelled then the registration amount Rs.1200.00 will not be refunded.

Online Hostel Room Booking, Monthly Basis

Once room is booked and for any reason you intend to cancel the booking, you are liable to inform us by e-mail /sms within 15 days from the booking receipt date.

In case of cancellation of hostel booking, the security deposit Rs. 1000.00 and hostel charges of 15days will be refunded to you.

Online Hostel Room Booking, Only Short Stay

The booking amount will not be refunded in this category.

In case any users are not completely satisfied or make wrong transaction with our services we can provide a refund within 30 days from the date of Transaction. The final refunds will be made after deducting the Service Tax and the Hourly charges for the work completed by us. In addition, the SDWS reserves the right to charge 5% of the total cost in relation to bank charges.

Note: If paid by credit card/debit card/net banking, refunds will be issued to the original credit card/debit card/net banking provided at the time of transaction and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Regarding other on line payments

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our users.

For any reason you intend to cancel the transaction, you are liable to inform us by e-mail within 3 days from the transaction receipt date.

In case any users are not completely satisfied or make wrong transaction with our services we can provide a refund within 30 days from the date of Transaction. Liability: Mode of payment is online which is being provided by secured transaction Service Company. (See Service provider T&C)

The SDWS will not be responsible for any interruption during the transaction, incomplete details, damage contents, incomplete payment process etc.

The SDWS liability is restricted only to the amount credited in SDWS account .The proof of transaction will be reflected in account statement.
