The terms and conditions regarding using SDWS website online Booking and Payment for Hostel (www.socialdevelopmentwelfaresociety.org) are mentioned below.

SDWS holds the discretion to modify the users’ terms and conditions if need be. However it shall be effective within a Week of posting it in this section whenever it happens.

This is an agreement between SDWS and the user/visitor to the website. This Agreement governs the use of SDWS web site, which includes contents like text, information, images as well as all services available to the users through the same.

Nirmala Sadan (Working Women and Girls Hostel) has been established and being run by social development Welfare Society which is an NGO.

Main Objectives: Nirmala Sadan SDWS provide accommodation for working women and girls who can live in a family atmosphere amongst the inmates coming from various parts of the country to the cosmopolitan city of Delhi having no safe place to stay, on getting an employment and education.

Eligibility: To use online payment service, the user should be a major and of sound mind .It is important that this service should not be used in restricted and prohibited area.

After accepting T&C, the Right to use the information and contents provided by user will be given to www.socialdevelopmentwelfaresociety.org for use/Implementing the system of hostel registration, booking and information services.

Users Responsibility: The code of conduct, eligibility, criteria, terms of admission and rules and regulation should be read carefully. The details of facilities and services being provided in the hostel are also available on this web site.

Personal Information of User:

Personal Information is defined as any information the user provides us. The user is solely responsible for such personal information, and we act as a passive conduit for receiving and processing your requests based on the user’s personal information.

With respect to Personal Information (or any items listed therein):

Shall not be false, inaccurate or misleading;

Shall not be fraudulent;

Shall not infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;

Shall not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including without limitation those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti discrimination or false advertising);

Shall not be defamatory, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing;

shall not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information;

Shall not create liability for us or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISPs (Internet Service Providers) or other suppliers.

Liability: Mode of payment is online which is being provided by secured transaction Service Company. (See Service provider T&C)

The SDWS will not be responsible for any interruption during the transaction, incomplete details, damage contents, incomplete payment process etc.

The SDWS liability is restricted only to the amount credited in SDWS account .The proof of transaction will be reflected in account statement.

www.socialdevelopmentwelfaresociety.org reserves the right to modify the terms of use of any service without any liability.

All legal proceedings shall be subject to the Jurisdiction of the court in Delhi, India and shall be Governed by and construed in accordance with Laws of India.

Online Hostel Room Registration

(Only Monthly Basis)

For enquiring about the rooms availability please contact us on the phone no’s and e mail id. The availability of room will be provided to you by e mail/sms.

(This facility is available for only on line hostel registration)

You can register the room by paying rupees 1220.00 on line.

The validity of the registration is for 7 days only after the registration. In case you fail to book the room within the specified period the registration will be cancelled automatically.

The confirmation of room registration will be given to you after the transaction is completed which will take 48 hours.

In case the registration is cancelled then the registration amount will not be refunded.

The period of validity can be extended for three days within the stipulated period for which you will have to inform us directly on phone. This is subject to availability of the room.

The registration amount of Rs. 1220.00 will be automatically adjusted towards the security deposit of Rs. 1000.00 and admission fee of Rs. 200.00, Rs. 20.00 Registration Fee in case the room is booked within the stipulated time. (See Hostel Charges for Security Deposit/Admission/Registration Fee)

(The moment registration is completed hostel rules & regulation and terms & condition will be enforced automatically.)

Online Hostel Room Booking

(Only Monthly Basis)

After registration confirmation mail/message/sms during registration validity period room can be booked. (Please do not book the room after the expiry of registration. If room is booked after registration expiry period Room booking cancellation T&C will be applicable)

Full advance of one month hostel charges is required to be paid for booking the room.

Confirmation of room booking will be given after by E-mail/SMS after 48 hours on completion of transaction.

After the room booking confirmation you can join the hostel within five days from the receipt date. Hostel charge will be effective from date of joining the hostel.

(for e.g.-Hostel room booking receipt date 10/4/2011 if hostel join date is 14/4/2011 the hostel charge will be effective from 14/4/2011 to 13/5/2011 even if joining the hostel after 14/4/2011 the joining date will be considered effective from 14/4/2011)

Hostel booking will be treated as cancelled automatically if you fail to join the hostel without intimation within 15 days. (In this condition, cancellation of room booking T&C applicable)

The validity of joining period can be extended for three days with in the stipulated period for which you will have to inform us directly on phone.

Once room is booked and for any reason you intend to cancel the booking, you are liable to inform us by e-mail /sms within 15 days from the booking receipt date.

In case of cancellation of hostel booking, the security deposit Rs. 1000.00 and hostel charges of 15days will be refunded to you.

Online Hostel Room Booking

(Only Short Stay)

The availability of room can be enquired directly on mobile phone.

The room booking will be expired automatically after 5 days of room booking date. 

The validity period can be extended for three days, with in the stipulated period for which you have to inform us directly on phone. This is subject to availability of the room.

The booking amount will not be refunded in this category.

(T&C will be effective just after booking)

Short Stay

7 Days: Rs.1500.00/Resident

15 Days: Rs.3000.00/Resident

General Terms & Conditions

SDWS does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our services, and operation of our site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by the user or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof.
